Maren Morris Age and Biography

Born April 10th, 1990, Maren Morris will soon be 29. Born to Maren Larae Morris in Arlington, Texas, United States. Karen is the first of two daughters from her parents, Gregory and Kellie Morris. Her parents owned a hairdressing salon named after her and her younger sister, Karsen – Maren Karsen Salon. Karen’s musical career was inspired by a gift from her father when she was 12 – a guitar; that she developed a great love for. He also introduced newborn games to family events; neighborhood bars, and wrestling matches, thus preparing for a full-time career in music.

In 2005, at the age of 15, Maren Morris released her debut album; a studio album titled Walk On under the record label of Mozzi Bozzi Music. He later released All That It Takes with Live Wire in 2007 and 2011 respectively. Inspired by the famous American country singer, Kacey Musgraves, Maren Morris moved from Arlington to Nashville in 2013. He continued to rise in his music career; by leaps and bounds until 2016 when he released his debut album with a big label Hero. The album brought him great fame as he reached number 1 on the Top Country top album charts; in one week and number 5 on the Billboard 200 chart. It also secured gold. One of the albums, entitled “My Church” topped the Digital Digital Songs chart in 2016, reached the top 5 hot spots in US Hot Country Songs and garnered 26 million views on YouTube! Also notable among his productions is his title track Extended Play (EP) Marne Morris which contains five songs she released in early 2015. Career

Maren Morris loved music when her father bought her a guitar at the age of twelve. He learned to play the guitar on his own and soon became interested in singing. On June 14, 2005, her first studio album, ‘Walk On,’ was released under the auspices of Mozzi Bozzi Music. His second studio album ‘All That It Takes’ was released by Smith Entertainment on October 22, 2007. Morris was still looking for a big label to give him a contract but could not get his third album. He went further with Mozzi Blozzi Music and released his third album, titled ‘Live Wire’ in 2011.

After failing to attract a major label to present his next project, Morris decided to release five songs as an anonymous EP. Released on Spotify. Interestingly, the songs received over 2.5 million views and downloads on Spotify which attracted many top agencies. The EP appeared on Billboard’s two leading charts, topped the Top Heatseekers chart and reached # 27 on the Country Albums chart. He won the 2017 Grammy Award for Best Country Solo Performance for ‘My Church’.

After the success of his EP and one song ‘My Church’, Morris has released his debut album for Columbia Nashville. The album, ‘The Hero,’ was released on June 3, 2016, and features popular songs such as ‘Rich’, ‘I Could Use a Love Song’, and ’80s Mercedes’. It has received worldwide acclaim and was ranked at the top of the ’40 Best Country Albums of 2016′ by Rolling Stone. Billboard also placed ninth on its list of ” Top 50 Albums of 2016 ‘. Morris received the CMA Artist of the Year award for album success. Recorded sales of over 286,900 copies in the US.
